Where to begin..LOL.. I have been "Brung up" all over the country.. That is where I learned to love so many different types of food. I have lived from San Fran, Philly, Albequerque to Portland Maine. Last place of residence was Miss. Gulf Coast...Katrina blew me up to Birmingham. Have been married for 38 years and have 17 grandchildren.. I love God, family, country and food.

Food... I love fruits and veg, nuts..I does not matter what country it originated from. Why be partial for just one.

anything with great atmospher and great food.. Do Not like Fast Food.

Is there enough room here? Cooking, of course, reading, painting, photography, crafts, crocheting, bible study, woodcarving, football, nascar, hockey and just living in general.

Hi Grammy1!!  Welcome to Foodpals!    I've been to Alabama (once)!  We went just to say we'd been!   We were fairly new to the south, at that time, and it was the first time in my life I ever saw cotton growing!!!  (They must have been wondering who the woman was, leaning out of the car window, pointing and yelling "Look! SNOW!" *LOL*)
