View My Cookbook

Love all different kinds of music. Even what my teenager listen to.

My largest book collection is my cookbook collection. Have always had a weakness for them. Although I have always spent more time reading them than I have cooking.

I enjoy comedies and dramas alike. But really don't spend much time at the movies or in front of the TV.

I am the mother of 2 teenagers. My son who just recently graduated from high school and a daughter who is 15 and will be a sophomore in high school. Cooking used to be one of my favorite hobbies and something that I spent a lot of time doing but I don't do a lot of it anymore. Standing on my feet for long periods is not an option for me after having two back surgeries that didn't go as well as I had planned.
Also found out early this year that I am diabetic so I am here to help myself find good low-carb, sugar-free recipes that actually taste good. Anyone with more of these kinds of recipes, please let me know.

My favorite food I suppose would be Italian. I love pasta and rice dishes.

Don't think I could ever narrow it down to one...or even 5, but I don't spend a lot of time or money on eating out either. Well ok--I do love Macaroni Grill...but then it just depends on what kind of food I am in the mood for!

My interests are more in the crafts and in scrapbooking right now. These are things that I spend most of my time doing. I have a craft room in my home and spend a lot of my time in there.
