I learned to shop for groceries and prepare meals for the family when I was eight because Mom became sick. When I became a lecturer at a college, my students would ask for certain dishes on special days. Even now as a working mom, I continue to cook for the family and our daughters' friends who drop by our home regularly. I see meal preparation as a labour of love and sharing food as a social grace. |

Welcome Winnie! Hope you enjoy this site. I love Chinese, could eat it everyday. My sons MIL is Korean and she has alot of great recipes too. I just love any kind of stir fry of any kind. I think that is the best way to eat your veggies.
