Blog Entry: Well - it's the day before Thanksgiving - MARTHON baking and cooking day! I'm trying to make it "easy" - if there is such a thing. So far today I've got my bread and veggies cut up for my dressing - all set for tomorrow. Cheesecake is in the oven - when that comes out - pies go in. Notice how cheesecake takes preference over pies these days! Tom is thawing in the fridge. Ok - so let's see what else I can get done................
