Subject: tzatsiki (help)
Content: OK, So here is my problem. I make a beautiful Catfish Quesadilla with a home made guacamole salsa but I think having a pallet cooling tzatsiki greek sauce would take it to the next level. I use a cajun based cornmeal blend that gives the fish a slight spiciness , with mexican three cheese blend...YUMYUMYUM!!! Please help top this dish off right.
