Cast Iron Pizza

For those of you like myself who likes their pizza thick ,  I suggest using a large cast iron skillet.  I tried it one night while fighting boredom and looking for something to do. I was in the mood for a pizza and didn't  have the traditional pan in which to bake a proper deep pan pizza . Having several cast iron skillets, I chose one that I thought that had the proper depth.  It worked super great. Not only did I get the deep crust pizza that I prefer , but found that the crust was evenly browned far better than with the traditional pan.  For your next pizza party, may I suggest trying cast iron.
