HI,
Does any one know how to make a really creamy rice pudding using evaporated milk? I had a recipe that was my mothers but have lost it. It was really rich to.

I saw on a cooking show once, to make your rice creamy, cook in milk instead of water. I know this works when you cook your rice in cream of mushroom soup; in tends to be creamier.
