Economic Stimulus Package
By now we have all gotten our "ration" from the government - and if you have children you got more - which I am all in favor of.
Being a single woman - I got my $300.
And it "evaporated".
Oh I had planned on this, that and also - some of this.
Oh well.
But do I think it really jump-started the economy? Nope.
So now what?
The Dow finished so low in the month of June that we are at "Depression" level.
Do you think Bush would mind sending another check to us all?
After all - look at the total waste of money to send us a letter telling us about it - after it was plastered all over the media and newspapers - and then sending us another mailing telling us that the checks will be going out.
Oh - I think I know where most of my check went - MY GAS TANK! And I didn't go anywhere out of the ordinary - just normal driving.

Well, KW, where I come from salaries are in the millions per month, but toilet paper costs more than the money is worth. I think we can count our lucky stars that we can still get all those things we take for granted.
