09/16/2008 08:03:37 Family is lovely...okay to the Question...even if I have cooked for many years, my family wouldn't eat a leftover, unless it was the Thanksgiving meal...they considered leftovers dangerous...well, they have grown up in their eating habits, but I am so use to tossing things or not cooking big meals, that I have no idea how long leftovers can be eatten without FEAR...can you give me a hint...Thanks & God bless...He truly does, cause I live in the Houston Galveston area and Ike wasn't nice, but made it...Lanie
