Dough 2 3/4 - 3 1/4 C Flour 1 Pkg Yeast 1 C warm water 1 1/2 tsp sugar Mix together as for bread dough. Knead well. Let rise till doubled. Roll out and fit into 9X13 inch pan.(I use a 12 X 15 cookie sheet with sides because I like a thinner crust) Prick with fork all over. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees (about 7 if using the cookie sheet). Remove from oven Filling Combine and set aside: 3 large tomatoes chopped 4 oz pepperoni, cut into quarters 1 c shredded mozzarella 1/3 C parmesan cheese Cook and cool slightly: 1 1/2 Cup onion sliced thin 1 large pepper sliced thin 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 2 Tbls chopped garlic 10 oz Italian sausage, casings removed,cooked and chopped When cooked ingredients are cooled slightly add to tomato/cheese mixture. Mix well. 6-8 oz thin sliced ham 1 cup shredded mozzarella Line prepared crust with ham.Pour filling on top and spread evenly.Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
