1 Pkg of Double Stuff Oreo cookies
1 Pkg of softened cream cheese
1 pkg of vanilla flavored almond bark
Toothpicks
Wax Paper
- Using a food processor crush oreos into crumbs.
- Next, add one third of the bar of cream cheese into the food processor at a time until entire bar of cream cheese is mixed with oreo crumbs to a gooey consistancy.
- Take spoonfuls, shape into balls, and place them on wax covered cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to keep them from falling apart when dipping in almond bark.
- Melt the almond bark in a small sauce pan.
- Using toothpicks, dip each ball into the melted almond bark quicky and place back on the wax covered cookie sheet.
- Place dipped oreo balls back in the refrigerator.
- Remove toothpicks once chilled. (if left in too long, can be difficult to remove)
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
