l stick (l/2 c) butter
2/3 cup Hershey's cocoa or Dutch-processed cocoa
3 cups confectionary sugar (same as powdered sugar)
l/3 cup milk
l tsp. vanilla extract
 
Method:  Melt Butter and stir in the cocoa.  Add the powdered
sugar and the milk beating on medium speed to spreading
consistency.  Add more milk as needed.  Stir in vanilla.
Yield:  About 2 cups frosting.
Which recipe would I use if I were you?  Probably the "Perfectly
Chocolate" Chocolate Frosting Recipe, and the reason is because
its thicker and creamier and will make the prettier cake.
