My Comments:
Brown ground beef in deep skillet. When done, add worchestshire, onions, garlic let cook 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, and green pepper. Let cook another couple of minutes. Add rest of ingredients. I let this simmer for a couple of hours to let the ingredients marry. If the sauce gets to thick (which cooking for that long it usually does) add a little beef broth to your desired thickness.
Although I cook it for a couple of hours, it can be ready in 30! Easy enough to assemble in minutes, something that can be left on the stove to simmer when you have to run out and do errands and have dinner ready when you get home. It's one of my go to meals when I don't really have the time to spend in the kitchen. It makes a ton, so depending on how big your family is you can adjust the ingredients. I usually can get 3 or 4 more meals out of this one batch, I just freeze them up individually and theres dinner for a couple more nights, only easier!!!
