- Cream butter, add sugar and blend until light and fluffy.
- Mix and sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk to first mixture. Add flavoring and beaten egg whites.
- Bake in loaf pan 45 minutes at 350 to 375 F. or layers bake 20 minutes at 375 F.
