  • 2 cups self-rising flour
    1 1/2 cups milk
    6 tablespoons mayonnaise

 

Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners. Set aside.

Combine all the ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes.


 

For a change, stir in fresh chopped herbs like basil, thyme, oregano or rosemary.
