&nb sp; &nb sp; &nb sp; 2 Hour Buns 3 C warm water &nbs p; & nbsp; &nbs p; & nbsp; 1/2 C white sugar 6 tbls oil &nb sp; &nb sp; 1 tsp salt 2 eggs beaten &nb sp; &nb sp; 2 tbls yeast 7 - 9 C flour Combine first 5 ingredients. Let set til doubled, beat eggs and add to yeast mixture, pour everything over flour, add enough flour to make soft dough. Pat with oil and let rise 20 mins, punch down, pat with oil, allow to rise 20 mins again then do it a third time. Then put in pans, allow to rise 1 hour, bake @ 350 deg. for 15 - 20 mins.
