7UP Pound Cake
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups of sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
5 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup 7UP
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 tablespoons lemon extract
1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter or margarine and sugar together.
Add 1 egg at a time mixing well .Add flour and 7 Up.
Blend in lemon extract,lemon juice .
Spread batter into 2 loaf pans or 1 Budnt.
Bake in a pre-heated 325 *F oven for 50-60 minutes.
ENJOY!!!
