  • 3/4 cup butter

  • 1-1/2 cups 1/2 and 1/2

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • Garlic powder to taste


 



  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.

  2. Stir in 1/2 and 1/2; Cook and stir until bubbly.

  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic powder and cook and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
