First layer
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped roasted pecans
Second layer
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese softened
Third layer
3 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
1t tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 cup milk
Fourth layer
3 small pkgs instant chocolate pudding
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cup milk


Mix together and pat down in a 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Mix together and spread over completely cooled crust.
Mix together and pour over second layer.
Mix together and pour over third layer.
