AMISH CARROT SALAD


2 pounds carrots
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 pound raisins
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar

Slice carrots thinly (use a food processor). Mix with remaining ingredients. Chill overnight for best flavor.
