1 cup unsalted (sweet) butter
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1-3/4 cups sugar
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup dried mango
Preheat the oven to 350*F. Butter an 11x17" jellyroll pan.
In a large bowl heat the butter and the chocolate until melted, stirring occasionally.
Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes until the mixture is tepid. Whisk in the sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stir in the flour, nuts, chocolate chips and mango.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until set. Do not over bake,a skewer inserted will come out clean. Let cool and then cut into 24 squares.
