1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
½ cup peanut oil (olive oil works also)

My Comments:
This marinade will give pork or chicken a slight Asian flavor.
