2 cups boiled chickpeas, (kabuli chana) 2 boiled potatoes, cut into pieces 2 tomatoes, chopped 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chiles 1 tsp chaat masala 1 Tbs chopped cilantro salt, to taste
This sweet-sour salad is a combination of potatoes and chick peas. Mix all the ingredients very well. Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold. Preparation time : 10 minutes. No cooking. Serves: 4 to 6
