1 pkg (2 to 3 lb) fresh turkey wings
1 cup water

Glaze:
1 jar low sugar apricot spread
2 tsp soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp dry mustard

Cut and skin between the joint of each wing. Separate wing into two pieces. Rinse and pat dry.

Oven Barbecue:
Place turkey and water in casserole or Dutch oven. Cover and bake in 350F oven for two hours. Pour off liquid. In small bowl combine glaze ingredients; pour over turkey. Bake uncovered 30 minutes more.

Outdoor Barbecue:
Several hours or a day ahead, cook turkey as above 2 hours. Refrigerate. Grill turkey over hot coals about 20 minutes, occasionally brushing with glaze.
