One pound of chopped meat
One can of Tomato Soup
One cup of peppers sliced
One-half cup of sliced onions
Salt & pepper and
One scoop of sugar to conteract the acid in the tomato soup
One cup of Elbow Macroni
IN a wok, saute the meat, onions and peppers until done, add the can of tomato soup and seasonings. Cook the macroni separately, then add to the beef mixture. Simmer for about 30 minutes until done, keep stirring occasionaly during cooking.

My Comments:
Being alone, I freeze this mixture and get about three meals out of it. My freezer is loaded.
