large loaf 1 1/2 lb
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 3/4 cups bread flour
2 Tbs bread flour
1 1/2 cups rye flour
1/3 cup cracked wheat
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
1 large apple, chopped
3 Tbs unsalted butter
1/2 cup water


Add all the ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool completely before slicing
