1/2 cup Walnuts 1/4 cup apricot preserves 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup dried apricots 1 lb. pork chops
Preheat broiler. Mix walnuts, preserves, onion and apricots.
Broil chops, 3 to 5 inches from heat, 10 minutes; turn. Broil an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until chops are almost cooked through.
Spoon walnut mixture evenly over chops. Continue broiling 3 minutes or until walnuts are lightly toasted and chops are cooked through.
