1/3 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup indonesian sweet soy sauce see recipe
2 Tbs rice-wine vinegar
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp chinese chile paste with garlic


In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. (The sauce will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.)
Makes about 2/3 cup.
