Asian Chicken Meatballs
1 lb. Ground Chicken
½ oz. Fresh Ginger
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 bunch sliced Green Onions, white and light green parts only
1 Egg
½ cup Breadcrumbs
2 oz. Soy Sauce
2 oz. Sesame Oil
½ oz. Chili Garlic Sauce
Combine all ingredients, and form into meatballs.
Saute in a nonstick pan over medium high heat until cooked through.
