BEAN DIP     

1 can black beans, drained

1 cup salsa

1/4 cup red peppers, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tbls lime juice

1 tbls olive oil

1 tsp dried cilantro

1/2 tsp cumin

1 avocado, chopped (wait to fold in until ready to serve)

Mix together all ingredients except avocado. Cover and chill. About one hour before serving, stir in the avocado and chill until serving time.
