One 3-pound fryer
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 small apple
1 stalk celery
1 bell pepper
1/2 small onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon Accent
1/4 cup Italian dressing,
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350F. On the day you plan to cook it, clean fryer well and season it all over the outside and inside with salt, pepper and Accent. Rub Worcestershire sauce and Italian dressing on fryer as well and refrigerate. When ready to bake, stuff fryer with whole onion, whole bell pepper, celery stalk and whole apple. Place in well greased pan lined with foil. Cover chicken with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until tender. Baste chicken as it cooks. Remove foil and continue baking until brown.
