Title: Baked Fish Fillets

1 lb fish fillets


2 tbs margarine, or butter, melted


2 tbs lemon juice


1/2 tsp salt


1/4 tsp pepper


1/4 tsp dried dill weed, if desired


2 cups Total cereal, crushed


Preheat oven to 350F. Grease square 9x9x2 inch pan. If fish fillets are large, cut into serving pieces. Mix margarine and lemon juice, reserve. Mix salt, pepper and dill weed. Dip each piece of fish in margarine mixture. Sprinkle both sides with salt mixture, coat with cereal. Place in greased pan and bake uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork, 25-30 minutes.


Serves 4.
