6 lg Baking potatoes; baked, halved lengthwise Pulp from two heads roasted garlic 2 tb Olive oil 2 ts Olive oil 2/3 c Chicken broth 3/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts White pepper 3 tb Grated Parmesan Paprika
Heat oven to 425°.
Scoop out potato pulp, reserving 8 shells. Mash pulp with remaining ingredients except cheese and paprika until creamy and smooth. Spoon back into shells; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 10 minutes until golden and heated through.
