*** How much to buy:
1/2 lb per serving less for boneless


Cooking:
Place ham fat side up in shallow roasting pan. Place thermometer in thickest part. Do not cover, roast 325F


Whole 10-14 lb 3 to 4-1/2 hrs.
Half 5-7 lb 1-3/4 to 3 hrs.
Shank 3-4 lb 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hrs.


When done: 160F on thermometer.


Glazes:
See Glaze: Brown sugar and/or pineapple.
