1 1/2 Tbs Balsamic or red wine vinegar - (to 2 tbs)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste


Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. This recipe yields about 1/3 cup of dressing.
