Title: Banana Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
    · 1 box  White cake mix
    · 4 eggs or 1 cup egg sub.
    · 1 1/2 sticks unsalted softened butter
    · 1 cup milk (any, low fat, soy, etc., you may use water)
    · 1 1/2 cups Aunt Jemima complete pancake mix or Bisquick
    · 3 tbsp. cinnamon
    · 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    · 4 large firm but ripe bananas mashed and 2 other chopped
    · 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
    · Optional: Cool-Whip




Directions:

1: Mix cake mix, eggs or egg sub, water or milk, softened butter, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and vanilla.
2: Add mashed and chopped bananas mix until combined.
3: Mix pancake mix, cinnamon, sugar remaining and butter.
4: Mix cinnamon pancake mixture until crumbly with sturdy fork.
5: Pour cake mix into 9x13-inch pan or pan(s) of choice.
6: Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown .
7: Use tooth pick or fork to test very dense cake .
8: When tooth pick or fork comes out clean cake is done.
9: Enjoy!
