Banana Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 18 oz. box of Banana cake mix

4 eggs or 1 cup egg sunstitute

1 cup of milk or water

3 mashed bananas

1 small box INSTANT banana pudding

1/3 cup softened butter or oil

Directions:

Mix cake mix,pudding, eggs or sub. ,milk,buter or oil,and mashed bananas until thick and smooth.

Pour into 2 loaf pans or 1 Large Budnt pan .

Bake in a pre-heated 325 F oven for loaf pans 45-50 minutes for Budnt 60-70 minutes.

For a super simple topping mix 1 small box banana pudding with 3/4 cup milk until thick and smooth stir in 1 8 oz. Cool-Whip.

Cake maybe frosting or topping added to top of sliced cake.
