
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
4 cheese slices
4 hamburger bun
Preheat broiler. Mix meat, 2 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce, crumbs and egg. Shape into 4 patties. Place on rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160°F), brushing frequently with the remaining barbecue sauce. Top with Singles; broil until Singles begin to melt.
Fill buns with patties. Top with additional burger toppings, if desired.
