4 tablespoons of minced onion
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
1/2 teaspoon of pepper or cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
a dash of ground cloves
6 pork chops
flour
cooking oil
Combine the first 12 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boiling. Dust the pork chops with flour and brown on both sides in a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet. Place the chops on grill and place 1 tablespoon of sauce on each chop. Cook the chops, turning and adding sauce, until done. makes 6 servings.
