1 lbs Ground beef
1 cup Mushrooms
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
Parsley, chopped - to taste
1 Celery, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 cup Crescent rolls, or see below
CRUST
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
2 cup Flour
Procedures:
1 ~-------------------------------------pastry:---------- ~-- place the ground beef in a skillet.
2 Cook, stiring with a fork until brown.
3 Add salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, green pepper.
4 Blend well and simmer with 1/3 cup water for about 10 minutes.
5 Cool.
6 Make dough or get rolls ready.
7 Roll out as for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, pinch end edges together.
8 Place on greased shallow pan and brush with milk.
9 Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes
