Ingredients 5 Cloves Garlic 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Pepper 4- 6.5 oz. cans minced clams 1 tbsp. Oregano 1/2 Tbsp. Basil 1/2 to 1 cup Caberinet Sauginon Parsley to taste Linguine Noodles
Peel and mince the cloves of garlic add to large skillet. Add Olive oil, salt and pepper. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add 4 cans of clams DO NOT DRAIN!!!! Place the Oregano and Basil in palm of your hand and crush with fingers. Add to clams. Bring to boil. Add wine and return to boil. Simmer for 11 minutes. Add parsley. Boil water and a little olive oil. Break linguine noodles into 3 pieces and boil for 7 minutes. When linguine is cooked, drain well and add the clam sauce and serve.

Excellent recipe!!! Even if you are not a big fan of clams you will like this. Top this off with some grated Parmesan and Romano cheese. Enjoy!!!!
