1/4 cup onion, chop
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs water
1 Tbs ginger root, chop
1 Tbs celery, chop
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash salt & pepper


Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
