3 eggs 250 grams of sugar 300 grams of flour one envelope baking powder 1 lemon: 1/2 grates rind and 1/2 juice 1 cup of oil 1 cup of milk pinch salt butter to grease the naking tin
Blend all the ingredients well 8adding the baking powder at the end) and pour the better into a greased and flured baking tin Bake at 180° for more or less 20 minutes.
If you want to do something different this is an advice: add chocolate in powder at a part of the mixture, separating so the white one with the other who will have at the end the color of chocolate after your work, and then start to add in the tin a spoon of white batter and another of chocolate as previously explained. Once you will have finished way you will obtain the cake we call marmone. Then you will bake at 180° as previously said. The last part is the same. Use your fantasy and prepare that like you want. You can of course add something more :-)

My Comments:
It's incredible simple to prepare (I wrote medium because I am not that expert and so I need to rpactice yet, but it's absolutely one of the simplest cake to prepare) and all the people will it it, if it will be cooked well, will be satisfied of your work! Plus is a very natural recipe. Sure please use a good olive oil. It's better, more expensive but, believe me, if you can find that, please add that one. It's better and much more healthy.
I promise I will add pictures of the recipes I am posting soon.
