1 lb lean ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp salt 1 can mushroom soup 2 Tbs pimiento, chopped 1 pint sour cream 2 cans biscuits, refrigerated
Brown meat, onion and green pepper. Add salt, soup and pimentos. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with Biscuits. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees or unil biscuits are done.
