1 Tablespoon jalapeņo pepper, diced small
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 Cup  canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 Cup  canned black beans, drained
1/4 Cup red bell pepper, diced small
1/4 Cup green bell pepper, diced small
2 Tablespoon red onion, diced small
2 Tablespoon  fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
