1 15 ounce can Dark Sweet Cheeries in juice (or  light syrup)

3 Tablespoons Kirsch (cherry brandy)  or E&J Brandy

1 PKG. Fudge type Bownies /OR 1 package 2-bite brownies

1 container of Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Prepare Brownies as directed on package, if you don't purchase 2-bite rounds.

Open and drain cherries, reserving half of the juice. In a medium bowl, combine cherries, reserved juice and 3 Tbls. Brandy. Set aside to macerate for 1 hour or overnight to  get full flavor.

Place brownie bites on foil covered baking sheet. Place 1 cherry and some liquid from bowl onto each brownie bite. The  liquid will help to moisten the Brownie bites.

Put Frosting from container into pastry bag or plastic sandwich bag with a star or round tip.*  Frost the top of the bownies to cover the cherries.

My Comments:
NOTE: *If making Brownies from package, don't cut them. Warm until melted, the frosting from the container.Pour some of the juice from the cherries over the Brownies and then pour the liquified frosting, over the Brownies. Top with the cherries. Freeze for a short time to make cutting the Brownies easier. *If using a plastic sandwich bag and you don't have a star or round tip, just cut a small corner of the bag to "frost" the Brownies.
