6 hard cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half and yolks mashed in a bowl
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 bsp. blue cheese crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
About 3 Tbsp. real bacon bits

Bombine thoroughly mashed yolks with the mayonnaise and mustard. Add the blue cheese and mash wwll into the mixture with a spoon.  Taste, then season with salt and pepper.

Fill the whites evenly with the yolk mixture and garnish each egg with bacon bits.

Makes 12 servings

NOTE:  Put eggs in water sprinkle salt over the top of eggs bring to a rolling boil cover take off heat let set for 15 minutes.  Then crack and peel under run cold running water.  The salt helps them to peel perfect, always works for me!!!!
