4 cups water
2 (14oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups diced potatoes
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 chicken boullion cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
Cook the first 5 ingredients for about 20 minutes or until the potatoe are done. reduce heat, add soups and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted, stir frequently to preven sticking.
