2 lb. small red potatoes 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 chopped fresh chives 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill 1 Tbsp. minced parsley 1 tsp. sugar Tabasco to taste 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed Salt and pepper to taste
Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and slice into 1/4" thick rounds.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, dill, parsley, sugar and Tabasco in a bowl while potatoes cook.
Toss potatoes and peas in dressing until coated, season with salt to taste.
Makes 6 cups

The buttermilk and dill really give this salad a very good taste.
