8 OZ. Dried Pinto or Kidney Beans
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Pork Chorizo (mexican sausage)
Cook the beans in pot until the start to become tender. Drain and rinse in cold water
Place in crockpot, add ground beef and chorizo. Cook on high for about 4 - 5 hours. Stirring occasoinally.
Serve over rice if you like or just eat as is
Can top with shredded cheese of your choice. Needs no seasoning!
